Wrann Hotels GmbH strives to make its digital offerings – especially all websites and mobile applications – accessible. This is done in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) and EU Directive (EU) 2019/882, to enable equal access to information and services for all people.

Status of Compliance

Our digital offerings are partially accessible. We adhere to standard EN 301 549 and the international guidelines WCAG 2.1 – Level AA.

Non-accessible content

Despite our efforts, the following content may currently still have limitations:

• PDF documents: Older PDFs are partially not fully accessible (missing structure, alternative texts, etc.).
• Images: Individual decorative or older images may not have sufficient alternative texts.
• Contrast & Readability: Some design elements do not yet fully comply with the recommended contrast ratios.
• Operability with keyboard & screen readers: Certain interactive modules (e.g., sliders, calendars, booking tools) are not fully usable via keyboard or screen reader.

Planned Improvements & Transition Periods

We are continuously working to eliminate the identified barriers. Content published before June 28, 2025, is subject to a transition period until June 28, 2030.
